House 523
I was feeling oddly positive going into this episode...

Well, first, what sucked (and was really the only sucky part): Cuddy and the Huddy. When the episode suddenly forgot Wilson's existence and shoe-horned Cuddy in, I was somewhat patiently waiting for the logic to be explained to me. I hated Cuddy's backstory - she's been obsessed with House for 20 years. I forgot where I read it, but I remember a user saying Stacy and Cameron had the guts to go up to House and get what they want. Cuddy's pathetic (in other news, the Pope is Catholic). The "I always want to kiss you" line and the insta!detox were ridiculous, and now I'm wondering if part of it was hallucinated...I'm not sure which is worse: OOCness or dragging Huddy into S5. I'm holding onto some hope that that part of the episode makes more sense in light of next week...

As always, I'm glad for Chase/Cameron scenes. I don't ship them hardcore, I just find them interesting. But I do hope the show's not trying to split them up because = CHEAP DRAMA and PLEASE DEAR GOD THE HAM IS ALREADY DEAD AND ROTTING. *ahem* Cameron's non-sequitur about her Poor Dead Husband's sperm was one of the funniest awkward moments ever. I love you, blonde!Cameron. (And Foreman was on fire tonight: "She doesn't like your sperm?")

Now, the important part: HOUSE/WILSON.

Okay, so we have House hallucinating Wilson's dead girlfriend, plus Wilson's clothes mysteriously lying around in room uncommented on. This week brings...ridiculous amounts of subtext.

- House waking up with no pants on? I'm sorry, I'm not seeing the non-pervy logic Wilson would have to do that XD
- Obviously, Amber saying, "Tell him you [WHAT?LOVE?WHAT?] him!"
- After House tells Wilson he's seeing Amber, Wilson says, "That raises a lot of questions." (GAY) Amber: "That answers a lot of questions!" (GAYER)
- "Wilson, come get me."
- Wilon man-handling House. Rawr.
- After Amber's gone, House mentions repressing "icky thoughts." HUH?
- Episode: Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Wilson. Sex. Oh shit, bring in Cuddy! (Proxy much?)
- EDIT: House packed the "Wilson shirt," I think. o_o; What was going to do, nuzzle it on lonely nights?
- EDIT EDIT: ???

I was honestly, half-way thinking "oh my god, Cuddy isn't Cuddy. It's Wilson. House is hallucinating D:" Which would be cool for about ten seconds before I went, "NOOOOO NOT THIS WAY. NOT WHEN HE'S CRAZY."

But, er, yeah. Subtext. Getting out of hand, here.
